We bought a flat in Coimbatore from Sabari Builders, Saibaba colony. after the purchase most of the amenities are not handed over to the buyers from builder side.
1. Motor, overhead water tank not properly handed over they left defective
2. tile flooring not done properly
3. Painting not done properly it if is small rain the water penetrating over the wall
4. Lift, Generator documents and licenses not handed over
5. We have 16 homes in the property so far they haven’t installed CCTV
6. Whatever the issues we are facing here builders are saying we have to pay for the fixes even though we bought the flat newly
