Statefarm failed to inspect my property damage claim in a timely manner. I reported claim on 6/12/22 and the inspector has failed to inspect my property to this day. A third-party company (Hancock) has scheduled to inspect my roof 4 different times; they admitted that they have made errors in the handling of my inspection. I am still waiting for the roof inspection to be completed.
