Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Azharuddin Shaikh, i have a complain regarding the cashback on item purchased in October 2019.
I bought a mobile from amazon with Order# 403-5338758-5688335 and paid the amount using HDFC bank credit card.
There was a promotional offer of 750 cashback to be provided by 23rd December, 2019.
I haven’t received 750 cashback yet, I complained to the customer care team regarding the same number of times but their response is to wait for 3-5 working days.
So I request you to look into this matter and do the needful.
