Text of Complaint by Vineet Narang:

I am using Airtel Postpaid connection for last 1year. I have been facing network problem indoors. I raised a complaint on 4 August and till date the it is not solved.

I mentioned on 4 August to the Airtel call center representative that I will wait for 8 days, its been more than 8days from 4th August.

I need Airtel to waveoff the bill for month of August.
