I have raised request for cancellation of My airtel broadband on the 4th month due to poor connectivity. Initially at the time of registration since I was asked to pay for 6 months, I have mailed to airtel e informing about the Cancellation and Refund. I have been promised that an amount of 987.59 rupees will be credited. After a long follow up with the team, Airtel have promised many dates to me where they were telling amount will be credited, amount already processed through NEFT, amount processed through cheque and again processed through NEFT. I have mail communication for all these. O have raised my request on Sep 7th and till date I have not received my money other than some fake promise. I request to kindly process my request
