Wrote this Email to Boult Customer Servive, This explains it all, although they havent yet responded to it but thats another matter

“I am writing to inquire about the ₹100 cashback that was promised to me as Courier reimbursement but has not yet been deposited into my account. According to the communication I received, the cashback should have been processed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this timeframe has passed, and I have yet to receive the amount. For your reference, my ticket number is 01482200. I have also attached a screenshot of the communication confirming the cashback offer. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update on the status of my cashback? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
