I called airtel on 17-18th August informing them about they have auto renewed my plan for 3 months for broadband and I already selected for monthly plan. Misinformed by the person who came to inform my Wifi than i will not be renewed automatically. I told them i cannot pay this amount till first of the month when i get my salary and they will reverse the charges but my connection was stopped within a weeks time and now they hung up on me twice. Airtel is the worst service i have ever come across and i want to register an offiicial complaint for mental harrasement they have given me as i was working from home and i had to lose my job because of interrupted connection for 4 days.
