Trip ID 231012566042 I have paid an additional fee for the Economy Smart package, which was advertised to include free seat selection. However, my selected seat is not showing as confirmed. Despite receiving an email stating that the paid seat would be refunded due to unavailability, I want to emphasize that seat selection was supposed to be complimentary under this plan. I paid an extra 2500 rupees for this package compared to the Economy Light fare. Therefore, I kindly request either a confirmed seat as per the promised benefit or a refund of the excess amount paid over the Economy Light fare.
