On 26th of July I ordered a nothing phone 1 12gb+256gb on Amazon for 24,899. It was a prepaid order, then I received the order confirmation email and the expected delivery date was 1Aug – 3 Aug but on 29th July it was marked delivered but it wasn’t received by me or my family members or security guard.
I complained for it they acknowledged the problem and I have supporting emails for it. After 10 days of regular follow up and waiting for resolution nothing happened. Then one day they tell me that the only option they have is to refund even after the confirmation that I will be getting the phone either from the same seller or the other seller. Then even after my disagreement they went ahead and proceeded for the refund without my consent. This is totally unacceptable i waited for over half a month just because they promised me a phone on significantly cheaper price but even after confirming the order they weren’t able to fulfil it and now they are backing off of their promise.
