I ordered 3 soft toy but after more than 15 hours they canceled and told me that ordered canceled due to price error happened. Then again i called customer support in 9 August then they told me to order again the product and when the order got delivered the price difference will be refund. When the the got delivered the denied to refund the price difference amount.
