An year or so earlier we had bought the big bazar profit club card in which we had invested our 10,000 rs so that we could get offers for the whole year and that 10k balance could be used. But recently when the reliance company took over the big bazaar all over india we were left with nothing and we did not get the refund of our 10k amount. The store people say stories when we approach to them. Please kindly look into the matter since it poses as a very big fraud involving more than 50k customers who owned the profit club card of 10k amount. Because they took the whole amount which we would have used over the year but we couldn’t use the money and the money was not even refunded to us.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve it
