In december 2021, I purchased 2 profit club cards, one in my name and other in my wife’s name, each worth Rs 12000=00 of purchase value at Big Bazaar stores. Since then I am wondering and visited Mayur Vihar phase 1 store of Big Bazaar near metro station and also some other store in new delhi, But neither allowed purchase nor any other help from the staff on duty.
My funds of 2 profit club cards are to be refunded to me back.
