Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken Profit Club Card in Big Bazaar JP Nagar Branch and Paid Rs. 10000/- and used only one month, but immediately they closed Big Bazaar, in Profit Club I have Rs. 10000/- Balance is there. So kindly requesting you to help to get the refund
