Text of Complaint by Adarsh:

Professionsfy.com supposed to be a job site, is a fraud company which contacts the candidates seeking job, asks to pay at multiple intervals starting with Rs.4199. I was contacted by Professionsfy as I was looking for change in my job and I had paid Rs. 4199 initially sometime in Jan ’23 and then they arranged couple of fake interviews involving fake interviewer with the company – Mindtree on Skype. First they said, I have to be on video but when the video didn’t work, they scheduled another round of interview stating they are fine to proceed with audio call and they spent over 40 mins in the discussion. Interviewer acts as if he is a genuine interviewer who speaks descent English and also asks questions relevant to the job we are looking for. Post the interview they said, I am selected and I need to pay Rs.15650 to get the offer letter. I went ahead and paid and then they asked to pay further to receive the offer letter without which they can’t release offer letter. As it appeared to be suspicious, I said, I do not want to proceed and asked for a refund over mail. I have been following up with them since Feb ’23 and they have still not refunded. Every time I send them a mail, I am asked to wait for 10 or 5 or 3 business days but I have not been refunded so far.
Their main contact and the fraudster is Vinay Aggarwal who calls himself a Global HR Head and his contact number is +91 80522 96917 and 080019 11357. He is also assisted by a lady called Kavya who calls from different numbers.
I am attaching a mail from them that states Rs.15650 is a refundable amount but being the fraudsters, they also need to refund Rs.4199 which they received initially.
I would urge the concerned to take stricter action on Professionsfy.com and many other fraud job site companies who are looting the candidates taking undue advantage of their situation.
