Text of Complaint by Mahendra M:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had called to Customer care # 121 to check the status of Airtel benefit which i had to receive from Airtel which was promised in the app, but did not receive.

so in that regard i called to 121 customer care but the customer care executive Arya who is working from Airtel Bangalore location has abused me, oppressed me with harsh voice/words. Even when i stopped talking and asking clarity on the issue he kept on oppressing me.

I am really feeling bad on why Airtel is not training them properly and letting them behave unprofessionally. I was literally humiliated by him.

I am requesting you to take action on Airtel & their unprofessional customer care executive.
