I am writing to raise an urgent and serious complaint against WishCare (MyWishCare) for what I believe is a clear case of consumer fraud and harassment.
On 4th August 2025, I placed an order on their platform and made the full payment online. I received a confirmation email acknowledging the transaction. However, on 5th August, I was contacted by their team who claimed they had not received the payment due to a so-called warehouse technical issue, and that they were unable to generate an order ID.
Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue or initiating a refund, they pressured me to make a second payment and reorder the products. When I refused and demanded a refund, they blatantly denied my request. This is not only unethical it is a deliberate attempt to scam customers.
Their customer service was horrible, untrained, and outright disrespectful. I struggled to communicate as their representatives could barely speak any language properly. They showed no professionalism or courtesy, and their attitude throughout was rude, dismissive, and harassing. This has caused me significant mental stress and frustration.
WishCare’s behavior reflects a complete lack of business ethics. Taking money without delivering products, refusing refunds, and bullying customers into repurchasing is nothing short of a scam. A brand operating in this manner should be banned from doing business. Their customer service is not only incompetent but also abusive, and they must be held accountable.
I urge you to take immediate action against this brand. I demand a full refund, a formal apology, and strict penalties to prevent them from continuing such unethical practices with other consumers.
