I ordered just herbs products worth 3662 it’s a prepaid order but the order was returned without delivering to me I didn’t receive the products and it’s returned halfway now I used every method to contact them through email, what’s app, customer care number but there is no response at all and they didn’t even refund my money I ordered the products on 14 October 2025.
