Text of Complaint by Shruti Sharma:

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have bought grocery items named,
1. Himalayan native urad dal whole
2. Himalayan native red masoor dal whole
I received wrong products-
Instead of the whole dal I received split urad dal and split masoor dal.

My products were picked up on 25th January 2023 around 4 pm evening.

But the courier person dint update due to which I dint get any notification regarding the same.

Since then i have been calling 100 times to Flipkart customer care. But instead of solving my query they are just lingering me on by extending the query resolution date. I have provided them with ample proof and snapshot regarding the pick up and all the notifications i received regarding the same but they are not giving me my refund. On top of it without giving me resolution they mark and update query resolved which is more frustrating because I have to again call customer care and recite whole story again. Many executive fail to understand my problem and cut the phone on my face. And then they don’t call me back.

It’s hard earned money and I do not wish to waste on the fraud and cheating of Flipkart .

It’s a kind request to help me out with this problem and let me have my refund.
