I have ordered 2 earbuds from nirvana-bot.myshopify.com (order no 1009 & 1010) on 16th Feb 2023, however till date I haven’t received my orders. Inspite of sending out a couple of emails to the customer service, there is no response from the team. Even the website is unavailable presently. Believe I have been cheated. Requesting help from any concern.
