I have of ordered 8 products worth Rs 1302.45 on 11/11/2020 vide order ID no.403/18748283982760 in my Amazon prime account on POD.But till today i have not received priducts. But in my orders list items were already delivered on 17.11.2020. I have complained to customer care twice on 18.11.2020 and 20.11.2020 respectively. Hence I have not satisfied with delivery agent.Hence action taken against whose involve in this.
