Complaint raised o 17th march that delivery person did not deliver the product after taking the amount through online payment link. More than 20 people called from customer care asking what happened without having prior information though i have clearly mentioned everything on email with screenshots attached. After exactly a month, today i.e., 18th april, they simply closed the complaint stating it got delivered. Why will i raise a complaint in the first place if the products are delivered to me. Wasted my time for a month and cheated on my order.
