I had approached the below mentioned company for moving my household things from mumbai to chennai. First they gave me a quotation of 14000rs apart from 18%gst(Total
=16638) and told it was prepaid service and had to pay in advance which was done from my side. Then during the time of shipment I was told to pay an excess 3350rs because weight was higher than the intended 600kg. Shipment was given to a third party and i received the product four days late in damaged condition. Also my other two products are also missing and when enquired he told me that it was denied by the shipping company. Also he told me this service included unloading and unpacking with door to door service which was not provided for which I had to pay an extra of 1000rs to the shipping people. When I tried contacting the agent there was no response and when he picked up he used abusive languagelanguage. He had told me products like TV, fridge, washing machine, etc would be shipped in wooden crate which was not the case because if he had the products would not have been damaged. The name of the agent is Sundar Singh and his contact is 8369831113. Please take action against this person and this particular company for fraud,cheating, etc
