I ordered for prestige kettle on 1 st August and made payment of rs 748 instantly but the product was not delivered to me till 14 August. Now the company is asking to wait further or cancel the order, but order cannot be cancelled now. However on tracking the delivery id of FEDEX it was flashing that the I’d is invalid. Please refund my amount.
