I have recently ordered shoes online and payment was done online itself ,order was placed on 1st of march 2019 and expected delivery date was 6 th of march 2019 ,after a couple of days I received a Message from flipkart ,stating that my order is delivered but I haven’t received my order yet nor even the executive had called me regarding that , and you guys are asking for a feed back of the product, it is like really ridiculous stuff never expected such service from flipkart guys .and the most worse thing was the delivery executive without calling me or without taking my consent how can he update it as delivered and most funny thing is i get a message a from flipkart guys asking for feed back i was so dissociated without getting the product this guys are sending a message for feed back and i have called customer a care and even ekart logistics there was no response from them even
