I have purchased a product boat rockerz 335 from flipkart in the month of March and year 2021. I faced issue with the earphone as it was not turning on. So i went ahead and registered the warranty claim on 10th of October 2021 and they arranged for product pickup by 13th which got delivered to them on 18th of October 2021. Since then i habe contacted many time through email to which i didn’t receive any response, then i tried to call them too to which they said the complaint will be getting resolved within 12-24 buisness day and yet i am still waiting for my product.
Note- Boat claims to give one year warranty on this product
