I had purchased a coffee table from Pepperfry a year back which has a 3 year warranty. One of the leg of this coffee table is broken, I had raised complaint a month back. Latest mail from the customer service case manager was I will get a refund if there is no resolution in 24 hrs this was on 24th Oct. I haven’t heard back from the company not got any response from the customer support team.
