i have purchased 4 mnths ago a nova trimmer it have 1 year warranty but now after very minimum use in 4 months product is not working i asked amazon about how to avail warranty service on which amazon gave me contact information which was unserviceable so i told them this but they are saying they cant do anything in this next time i will think twice before ordering anything from amazon
is this fair ?
