I ordered a Magic Bullet Blender from “Global Collection” website by making an online payment of Rs. 549, on 28 January 2023. I received confirmation from Payment Gateway: HDFC Net Banking stating, “Transaction No. 496b258248f5b7d255c2 and Bank Reference Number: 230288830292 for Rs 549.00 done for SANJAY BALUBHAI MAKWANA has succeeded by Payment Gateway: HDFC Net Banking”
As I did not receive any order update from the Global Collection website, I dropped an email to the mail ID specified in the website. There was no response. The contact number stated in the website is out of service.
