I ordered a poncho from “suretoshoppi” website by making an online payment of Rs. 299, on 28 August 2022. I received confirmation from payment gateway PayU stating, “Transaction No. 15749992020 for Rs 299.00 done for SANJAY BALUBHAI MAKWANA has succeeded Team PayU”
As I did not receive any order update from the suretoshoppi website, I dropped an email to the mail ID specified in the website. There was no response. The contact number stated in the website is out of service.
