I had ordered laptop on 20-Jul-2023. It was supposed to be delivered on 22-Jul-2023. However, Amazon has failed to deliver and meet all the scheduled delivery timelines. The agents kept changing the scheduled delivery date without seeking any of my confirmation. I must have called the customer service center over 29 times and no concrete answer is provided and they are forcing me to cancel the order. I believe that they do not want to pay me the difference of laptop amount and therefore playing games. Purposefully they are delaying order delivery.
