This is regarding with above subject,
After so many conversations finally they have cancelled the order stating due to tech issues so cancelling the order then can put fresh order so, I agreed and I have placed the new order with exchange with same product but again same story is going on they are again denying the product Delevery stating exchange option is not coming hence, I paid the amount for new mobile and I have old mobile for exchange, what is the intention is going on here and also I did not get reply from amazon customer with drofting 2 emails.
Suppose to Delevery the product on yesterday on 26th November but not delivered, this is 3rd time same issues and after waiting so many days,
