R/Sir Sir, Kindly note the our order ID OD224983338929031000 DT.19-05-2022, Inv No.FAKH7N2300000168 dt.19-05-2022 & Replacement Product Inv No.FAKH7N2300000678 item received on 24-05-2022 & 04-06-2022 and it is return claim on 12-06-2022 by me. In this regard, various request on your customer care service by me for above said Frist Time Inno-q super bright led 98 cm delivered damaged and broken and 2nd time received replacement LED tv defective received .and it is return refund claim id no.12102518895607018476 12-06-2022 .my return on request mode . technician visit 16/06/2022 return approved 16/06/2022 uninstallation 17/06/2022 pickup 18/06/2022 and refund 22/06/2022 show on flipkart app. but technician visit not completed on 18/06/2022. I have complaint your customer care. but they don’t resolve till now. After passing one month I have no option except Consumer Court for heavy penalty/compensation of my hampered work since 18-06-2022 with delivered item by your company and nothing action by your team till now and they also not connecting call now. Sir, I extremely requested you please resolve my serious issue immediately pickup and Refund and your goodwill also.
