Dear Sir,
Myself “Arvind Kumar behalf of Prema Jha, Contact No: 9871-869814 have purchased “Flipkart Perfect Homes Phonox Engineered Wood TV Entertainment “on 30th Jan 2023 and it was delivered at my Home Address: on 06h Feb 2016 whereas Product installation date was mentioned on 09th Feb 2023. But product installation cancelled on 12th Feb due to service constraint by flip kart side.
I have approached flip kart team to installation but they have not reverted on my calls & emails post that I have raised complaint for returning request online through web site – but again without resolving my issues – return request rejected thereafter journey of discussion start with flip kart associate – every times I am raising request for installation of product if not possible please return this product but customer care executive / ED team just providing scripted story and never provided any solution with ensuring that I would be receiving calls from flip kart Side within 24-48 hours.
I am chasing with last 10 days – but instead of providing any solution – they are creating issues and wasting my time & efforts.
Today – 16th Feb Last date of Returning product – no one has come to home for installation & flip kart are not taking action on returning product. instead they are giving me nos of vendor for chasing for installation or get it done through market.
I am writing this request for resolving this complaint else I would move to legal terms with consumer court for providing false promises of product with service related.
