I got it repaired as the air triggers were not functioning properly. They solved the issue by replacing the Display(11-08-2022).
As soon as we got the product back after the display replacement(20-08-2022), the Finger Print sensor is found defective and the new display has a minute scratch on it.
I approached customer support immediately, they told us to contact the service center. I contacted them immediately, but I went to the service center on 27-08-2022.
Instead of resolving the problem they patched it with a third-party application and asked me not to uninstall it. This is clearly not a permanent solution. Neither the customer support nor the service center staff is responding/resolving this issue.
The attached file is the reference of the third-party app(Factory test).
We urge you to do needful.
