Sir i order an item from Amazon and i received a wrong product i contact with support immediately and share them pictures after that they started return product and refund process i sent them product return with their delivery man they received product and shows that item lost and then i contacted again to Amazon care and they said (As I can see you have returned the product and it also reached at seller on Nov 14, 2023, so no need to get worry at all there are dedicated team who handled this issue in best way so let me connect you with the team.) After that no one responded i msg again and again but no support and no refund
