I bought a product from Fliplart namely REALME EAR BUD AIR 2 WITH ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION worth Rs.3299/-, the seller is claiming that he has refunded the amount on 12th july but i didn’t receive it yet, its been more than two months that Flipkart and the seller supercomnet is not refunding my hard earned money for the last two months, it is my humble request to the hon’ble court to provide my hard earned money from these online goons who are dealing the customers in the arbitrary manner and provide the appropriate compensation amount for the mental and physical harassment which i had faced in this whole transaction.

It is worth mentioning her that I have made all reasonable enquiry in bank, Phonepe app service provider, sent bank statement multiple times to justify the transaction of the seller but no satisfactory remedy was provided to me.
Any other action which this Hon’ble court deem fit and proper.
