I have returned a JBL FLIP 5 Bluetooth speaker by Amazon.in on 1st april 2023 which was properly checked by delivery boy including all the tags and box. Now there Account speacialist said there return team received counterfeit product and junk shipping box and neither they are returning that product nor sharing the images at the time of pickup of product.
