We have purchased a product of one neck band on 13th Dec in Jiomart online shopping.
Received neck band one side red color and one black color, so that we return the product, we have provide the jiomart requested images and video are shared as required, but your team will be rejected on the 18th Dec.
And we have raised the complaint on 19th Dec still that complaint is opened and we again raise one for the same on 22nd Dec.
Still now we received any resolution point received Jiomart team,
