My name is Tanveer. I ordered a product whose order number is OD429061279288238100. Which I received by courier on 11th September. Due to not fitting in the size, I placed a return request on 12th September, whose pickup date was 16th and balance refund date was 18th September. Which was not picked up on time. Due to which I spoke to the costumer care, they asked me to cancel the return and submit it again. The same thing continued, for the sake of customer care, I canceled the return thrice and kept submitting the request. But the return has still not been approved, the last date of which was 23rd September, due to repeated cancellation and filing of returns, it got extended from 16th to 23rd, still it is more than the due date but the product is still with me. I had called the Flipkart team more than 15 times. If my money is not returned by tomorrow, I will file a police complaint against Flipkart.
