I raised the return for the delivered order and there is error from the application.
I contacted customer support multiple times and they told me that the issue was at backend and the team will resolve it by 10th may.
It’s already done and the issue was not resolved so I again contacted the customer support and they are telling that the issue will be resolved by 15th may.
And the application support is very bad and the experience is worst
