- I had initiated for a refrigerator return and refund after receiving a damaged/broken product but that has not been happening. It’s been more than a month and I have been told it will take 48 and 72 hrs to pick up the product by the customer support team every time I make a call. I feel mentally harassed by this and feel helpless and my money is stuck with them which they are denying to return untill the pickup is done, and they are not even picking up the product. Never expected this kind of service from Amazon. Kindly help me in resolving my problem.
