I had purchased some item from PatPat. I did not like the product quality. I placed a return request. Customer care told me that i can donate the product for free and they would do full refund. I asked them to refund back to the source. Refund amount is 3216.87 INR. After a month they told me to return the item to their warehouse at my shipping cost to get the refund. They will not refund the shipping amount. Luckily i had not donated the product and these are with me as it is with tags and boxes. I am looking for legal help to get my refund back.
