I bought product Ptron tangent lite Bluetooth earphone from amazon site on price rs. 599 ,18th July 2021 booking date.
After one month using product is damaged internally.
Amazon customer executive is saying please contact directly to our dealer for replacing your product.
At time of buying I contact with amazon then why should I contact with amazon’s dealer at time of replacement policy under warranty period.
