purchased a TCL 9kg semi-automatic washing machine from Flipkart on 15th May, and it was delivered on 19th May. Upon inspection, I found that the machine had a manufacturing defect – it was leaking water. I immediately contacted the TCL service centre, and a technician visited my home. After checking, the technician confirmed that the product is defective.
However, despite more than two months passing, no action has been taken to replace or repair the washing machine. The defective unit is still lying unused at my home, and I have already paid approximately ₹10,000 for it. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed with the lack of response and resolution
