I have raised a complaint regarding my issue in national consumer helpline docket number-2798980
I have ordered a realme buds 2 black earphones (OD121972454550522000)on june 5th 2021 and it was delivered on 6th June 2021.But the wire of the product is broken and also the product is damaged I requested a replacement on 12th of june also it was accepted by the team The pickup date was allotted on 23rd June but it is automatically cancelled by your team itself and now you are telling me that the product replacement request is cancelled by me,which is not a fair thing.I can’t wait for the date provided by you for resolving the issue that is 29th of june for an update.please make sure that the pickup should happen tomorrow itself.kindly take this as a request from a customer.
