Dear sir,
My name is Rahul Kumar and unfortunately i am a plus member of flipkart. On 12th of July 2023 i ordered Mi 11x pro, 8GB-128 GB Cosmic black, price of 26,989/- and i received this product on 17th of July 2023. After delivery i checked the box and in the box of product, i found Oppo reno 5G back cover for Xiaomi phone, fake data cable and power adapter. On that day 17th of July 2023 in the evening immediately after delivery I raised a return/ replacement complaint.
After this I got a technician visit info on 20th of July 2023 for my concern.
On 20th July technician visit would have happened but didn’t. Next 21st of July2023 date was scheduled, but that day did not happen either.
Again I got a 22th July 2023 reschedule and again you didn’t respond and continuously extended my date of delivery.
They Are not putting my order on the pickup schedule.
Recently I got a call from your senior team. That person called himself the supervisor of the team. But when I tried to elaborate my concern he hung up my call and didn’t call me back.I thought the senior team would give me some strong solutions but he hung up.
They saying that we tried to reach yot but did not connect, when i say Do you have any proof that you tried to call and my number is not reachable? but they do not answer.
Yesterday senior team called Mrs Sameeksha, she told me that please wait for 23rd of July, now they have mailed me the 26th of this month.
Please help me with this issue and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
This is the incident number for my concern and attached some images.
I have mailed and call so many times but they are not giving me solution.
