Text of Complaint by Priyadharsini Rajendran:

I ordered a ladies handbag and I received a damaged product..,when I ask for replacement they send a new one..but during delivery of the product Amazon delivery person refused to replace the product and without giving any proper reason he just said us to contact Amazon customer service and he left out…, I want a valuable reason for that..,When I contacted customer service simply they answered me to return the product ….,Still now I don’t know why they refused to replace my product…..,
