Text of Complaint by Dipen patra:

I have raised a complaint against an order for which I’m not getting any assistance from Flipkart. It is very hurtful to see a company like Flipkart not providing basic help to their customers which should be their topmost priority. Mon, 18th Apr ’22 I’ve ordered a cooler from Flipkart but after using it for the first time I realised that it is not providing proper cooling. So I’ve instantly put a request for a refund on Flipkart and soon after that a technician(Tanay Adhikari) was appointed to check my problem but instead of checking the product physically by visiting our house he guided me over the call about how to get a refund and even asked me for the photos of the product and the OTP but it didn’t get approved several times and after trying for so many times I’ve to again put a refund request for the same and this time rather than just talking to him(Same guy) on the phone I told him to visit my house and check the product physically but he refused..and then after so many attempts I can get connected to a customer care executive of Flipkart and the executive told me that the concerned team will look after this problem thoroughly and told me that your issue will be fixed within 29th of April but today is 30th April and still my problem is not resolved. So I would request the Consumer court to please look into this matter keenly and try to help me with further assistance.
