I have purchased kent vaccum from Amazon and paid rs 5627 on 30.11.2020 which is received on 01.12.2020. But the product is defective and returned back. The delivery boy pick up vaccum on 03.12.2020 after evening.after that i check refud status which shows product is notreach. I contact the customer service on 06.12.2020 and they saying your product is not received yet and refund will issue when the product is reach. I registered complaint on 6.12.2020 regarding the refund and they saying that your problem will solve within 5 days. After that i again call the customers service and agian registered a complaint for the refund but they do not solve my problem. After that i continuously registered my complaints to Amazon on 11,12,13,15,18,23.12.20 for my refund and they asked same that your product is not trace by our end. This is very harmful and harassment for me. So it is my actual complaint that i want to registered against the Amazon for the refund amounting to rs. 5627.
