I ordered a Jade double sided face roller along with Guasha stone and when I received the product it didn’t have a brand name and no MRP tag on it. I called the customer service on 16/02/2021 to complain about the issue. The issue was investigated and after 5 days I again called Amazon to check status of the resolution. I was told that the escalation team has checked and find nothing wrong with product. I explained again that it is Malpractice from Amazon to allow it’s vendors to sell anything without a price tag. The issue was again escalated and again after 4-5 days I received a call stating the same thing that there’s nothing wrong with the product and that Amazon cannot do anything about it. If I was a customer in the U.S or Canada, Amazon would have been scrambling around to get my issue resolved because I as a customer could have sued Amazon for such negligence but in India nothing as such works. I am still raising my issue and hope I would get help and justice for such Malpractice going on.
